Georges Outdoor Service’s LLC will provide weekly lawn mowing, trimming, and bi weekly edging at the address listed above for the 2020 season at a weekly price of $____(bid price)_____. Lawn mowing will typically occur on the same day of the week, weather permitting. Lawn mowing season usually starts mid-April and stops in the end of October. Fall Clean ups automatically begins the third week in October and continues through the final week in November. Once this begins, George’s Outdoor Services will clean up leaves from around the yard and landscaping beds, as well as bag the grass as we cut. This gives the effect of vacuuming the lawn, leaving a very professional look. The cost of this service is included in the weekly lawn mowing price plus $9.00 per compost bag. (Compost bags are filled, and left at the bottom of the driveway for the city pick up). Customers may opt out of leaf clean up at any time. In this case, normal weekly maintenance, without bagging of yard refuse, will continue through the end of October. One time fall clean ups can be arranged at an hourly rate. Payment Options: (please check one below). Customers will pay full invoice amount within 15 days of invoice date. A $20.00 charge will be added for any late payments. After 30 days past due, service will be suspended. A double cut fee may be applied when invoice is paid up to date, and service resumes. Customers can skip mowing one time throughout the season with no charge.
